I am an experienced leader in the Sales Department for McMaster-Carr Supply Company. I am a super passionate and an extremely motivated Customer Service Representative with a demonstrated history of working in the logistics and supply chain industries. I am an incredibly dedicated employee who spends all day solving customer problems, and uses my liberal arts education to think critically. I’ve taken hundreds of thousands of customer service calls for over 10 years, and I am very eager and ready for a new challenge. Throughout my entire career I've been held to the highest standards possible to meet customers needs. My role requires fast-paced critical thinking, maximum production, perfect accuracy, and the utmost dedication. I’ve maintained that pace and commitment for over 22 years working in various sales and warehouse positions for this nationwide distribution company. I possess dynamic leadership skills, and I excel in teaching others about customer service, the products we sell, and how to solve problems. My first "job" was as a child actor. When I was 13 years old I had the great privilege of starring in a movie with Al Pacino and Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio called Two Bits. During this time I had the unique opportunity to film for 4 months in the Philadelphia and New York areas. Following, I did post production work in the Los Angeles area and participated in a nationwide publicity tour. Few people get to experience the behind the scenes of film making. I cherish the lessons I learned during this time, and the life long connections I’ve made. Prior to my career in the logistics and supply chain industry, I worked for several years for the company that manages parking and valet at Soldier Field and the United Center. This experience allowed me to attend many incredible events leading to my lifelong passion for music and sports.
