• Researched and evaluated the potential a property has for land development by performing land use and zoning analysis, code compliance, water and sanitary sewer availability and capacity, floodplain presence and regulatory approvals and permit requirements.• Prepared site design documents in support of obtaining both regulatory requirements and the client’s budgetary requirement. Site documents included: Site layout, planning and design, construction documents, technical specifications, roadway and parking lots, grading, storm drainage, stormwater management, soil erosion and sediment control, utilities, landscaping and lighting plans for the design of public and private projects.• Designed of roadway’s elements such as horizontal and vertical alignments, drainage systems, profiles, traffic control, guiderails and regulatory signs.• Designed of stormwater management facilities in compliance of projects with NYSDEC regulations and local municipalities requirement. • Performed hydrologic and hydraulic analysis in support of drainage and flood studies, also performed stream flow and dam breach analysis. • Assisted in reviewing planning/zoning board applications for both the environmental and engineering review of residential and commercial projects.• Responsibilities included conceptual design development through final design, involving engineering judgement and decisions, under the direct supervision of a licensed Professional Engineer.
