I am looking to acquire a position in an ITIL/ITSM, Data Center, Mission Critical environments. During the past 25+ years, I have progressed in the management of data center resources; Associates, Hardware, Software, and Time. Making sure Service Level Agreement’s and Metric’s are maintained in a High Volume, Multi-System, and Multi-Client environments. Monitoring associates including but not limited to Event Management, Performance Management, and Process Management. On the operational support task side, I have excelled in Process Scheduling and Execution; Backup and Recovery management; Storage Management; and Technical Writing Management. In addition, I am very familiar with Change/Problem Management processes. I am very detail oriented and management decisions are based on time and data center best practices. My resolve is to the business and encouragement of employees to do the best job possible.
