I was employed as a police officer in the State of Oregon for 21.5 years. For the last 11 years I was a Sergeant in charge of supervising up to thirteen officers, one detective, one School Resource Officer, and one traffic officer.I have documented over 1,600 of training and have attended multiple supervision classes over the years. My training over the years has covered all facets of law enforcement.
