He has dedicated his professional life to Customs and Compliance and has found the Customs field a fascinating and intriguing business. Jerry is passionate about unravelling what Importers and Exporters see as mysteries of Customs Laws, Policies and Regulations; he takes delight in working through the ambiguities for clients.As an entrepreneur, Jerry moved from his birthplace of Barbados where he successfully managed his first Customs Brokerage business from 1991 through 2013, when he relocated to Ontario Canada. He spent the first three years in Ontario obtaining professional qualifications in the Customs arena and work experience with various leading Customs Brokerage Companies. Jerry’s most recent position was Managing Director of a Customs Brokerage where he planned and implemented long-term business strategies through innovative and technological methods. Jerry also improved employee morale and produced performance evaluations that exceeded the Chairman’s expectations.After five plus years of successfully managing the former business, Jerry decided to return to his entrepreneurial spirit. Armed with the HUNGER for entrepreneurship, Jerry sought and found B & B Custom-House Brokerage Company Ltd in transition.
