Including product spec define, design review, sample evaluation, test plan creation, inspection criteria creation, Guide supplier finish the product develop and testing on time.2. Participate to investigate the customer quality complaints, drive for engineering change if necessary.3. Review the new product 1st mass production on the spot and help supplier smooth the production.4. Take part in the cost reduction project involving product re-engineering, new product development, new vendor development. 5. Run continuous improvement program, optimize inspection procedure and thus save money.

Take the role of project leader, organize the project team, lead new product development project, and complete the task of product development in accordance with the product development plan (new company, new technology);New product planning, risk assessment and design;Participate in new product technical innovation, solving the key problem of the technology;To organize the compilation of new product design solution, general layout design, components design;To organize the implementation of product technology development, application and technical support of production site.

1. Engineering support and activity steering for products in P88 mass production to improve product quality, prevent or solve production stops and to qualify cost saving measures 2. Communication pivot for P88, development / product care ET&A and quality departments in P88 and headquarters 3. Safeguarding of product availability with check and release of deviation requests (concessions) in tight cooperation with Product Care ET&A 4. Design or redesign of components and maintenance of specifications and bill of materials. 5. Take part in several TTM project to do component design. 6. Take lead of one project as project leader. Make project proposal and plan (schedule, resources, etc.), project implementation, coordination and control, in order to satisfy all parameters, particularly safety, schedule, cost, and quality.

1. Develop quality control documentation (IP, Quality Control Plan, Product Audit Test Plan, Inspection Records, etc.). Actively improve the way of inspection method to ensure quality first.2. Conduct, organize and supervise the inspectors3. Analyze quality problems, timely deliver quality information, promote quality activities and quality improvement within the departments and supplier's side; 4. Handle the defective product and customer complaints timely, improve and validate its effect and push supplier to submit 8D report;5. Compile the training material of all the inspection instruments and our company’s quality requirements and standards of relevant knowledge, arrange the training and qualification for the inspectors both inside the company and at the supplier sides;6. Skilled in use all kinds of measuring instruments and equipments, including general length gauges,height gauge,projector,contracer,roundness tester,gear tester,tensile strength tester,spectrophotometer,spectrum,hardness testers,cuting machine,polishing machine,microscope,etc.7. Give the classification for nonconforming products from supplier sides and our internal inspectors8. Take the roles as a core team member of a TTM project. Coordinate all the colleagues in quality department to support TTM project and ensure the project schedule.The other main performances except daily work:1. Greatly reduce PPM through supplier management2. Improve internal production line first pass rate through strict incoming inspection.3. Set up and manage measuring equipment/gauges/fixtures management system (including calibration, maintenance, lab management rules)

1. Target oriented leading of Time To Money projects from definition of specifications to hand over to product care in cooperation with the development teams in Asia and Europe. 2. Close communication with project team members in Europe and Shanghai.3. Check out the design for parts, components and complete units of power tools and accessories according to the concepts provided by the german and Asia development centers. 4. Building up competence regarding technical/physical function of the tools and its design methods to ensure to right interpretation of test results regarding function and reliability in different applications. 5. Optimize the design of the tools and their components in a systematic way to fulfill Hilti standards in sense of quality and costs and regulational requirements and adapted to capabilities of local suppliers regarding available technologies and materials. Give recommendations for improvements, further actions and design adaptions to the design teams. 6. Take necessary steps to ensure proper planning and management of the project steps. 7. Responsible for the failure analysis during R&D and MP, solve heat treatment problem, thus speed up the development process and improve product quality. Other main performances except daily work:1. Set up & maintain the material database, colleagues in Shanghai and Europe can use this database. Increase the success rate of the selection of raw materials during R & D, therefore reducing the repeated testing costs.2. Successfully introduction of the application of DoE method in the new project development process, thus effectively reducing test cost. Successfully introduction of MINITAB application to R&D dept., testing dept. and quality dept.
