I was a Motor Transport Operator in the Marines with 1st Maint. Btn from 032302 to 082705 in which I served two tours in Iraq from Jan 03 to July 03 then Aug 04 to March 05. I also was a PMI (Primary Marksmanship Instructor) from July 03 to Aug 04. I taught classes to train Marines of all ranks officers and enlisted to better their skills as a rifleman & pistol shooter, weapon safety, break down, reassembly, proper cleaning procedures and function checks on M16 rifles and M9 pistols. As a PMI I also taught a 3 day class once a month on how to operate, clean and shoot the M2 50cal automatic machine gun to prepare Marines that were going to Iraq.
