Owner’s representative for Southern California Edison, Civil Inspector for the TRTP Green Energy Project (Segments 6 &11, 7 & 8). Conduct inspections of caissons, reinforcing steel, micro pile drilling activities, micro pile grouting, conventional drilled shafts, concrete placement, helicoptered concrete, soil compaction, hill side grading, asphalt paving, BMP installation, and Right of Way road work activities. Observe daily construction activities of the contractor to ensure that work is performed within Edison Specifications and governing jurisdictional building codes. Ensure that contractor abides by SWPPP best practices, OSHA safety specifications, and CPUC guidelines. Record and document man hours and equipment used.
