I play a key role in the total operation of the Orlando gelcoat production facility. Oversee the scheduling of production, procurement, shipping and receiving. I am the liaison to the corporate Human Resources for our employees. I work closely with our corporate customer service on orders and rush orders. I am the key person for SAP training of new employees. I play a key role in our facility meeting our goals of Right First Time, Safety, and Quality.Capture, institutionalize and share learnings. Adopt best practices to improve performance. Apply appropriate statistical and analytical tools using facts and data to make decisions, select projects, and improve results. Build a shared vision, ensure alignment, and create a motivated work environment.

In the very brief period of my role as Facility Manager I was responsible for the total property and buildings at the North Kansas City location. Oversaw all contracts i.e.; janitorial, snow removal, elevators, fire system, maintenance of a 100+ year old building plus several other buildings on 15 acres of land.

Achieve annual budgeting while responsible for all aspects of operation in two buildings with 80,000 square feet, sitting on 20 acres of land. Charged with complete functionality of maintenance and overall appearance of building and grounds. Maximize fiscal responsibility including negotiating and obtaining service contracts for HVAC, lawn maintenance, snow removal, janitorial services, security and fire alarm systems, and elevator maintenance and repair. Complete responsibility of ordering materials and supplies, furniture and fixtures, and subsequent coding of invoicing for AP department. Accountable for supervising staff of set-up personnel, and scheduling rooms/gymnasium for classes and events for entire spacing within the church confines in a 7-day a week environment. Play key role in presentations, analysis, agenda, and educational materials, coordinating all aspects of the seasonal meetings between vendors, building committees and staff. Help to procure growth by managing the momentum of meetings and seminars when strategizing for aggressive future planning.
