CurrentExecuting tendering and sourcing activities, internal approvals in accordance with company policies, RFX preparation & releasing.Attending weekly kick-off meeting ensure stakeholders need are reflected during sourcing.Providing procurement support across the business units including engineering, material control, quality, finance and operations.Engaging with internal customers to develop an understanding of business demands, priorities, risks and opportunities.Reviewing and analysing bid submissions, cost & terms negotiation & job award publishing to best company practices and interests.Initiating and executing cost reduction activities, reporting to senior management team.Completing supplier evaluations and performance reviews.New supplier agreement/contract negotiation, and existing agreements renewal.Identifying supply chain risks and implementing appropriated actions in due course.Developing and maintaining strong relationships between suppliers and regional Lumen sites while acting as the interface for stakeholders. Adhere to internal procurement policy and related policies, procedures and processes.Supporting senior manager with multi-million US dollars BIM(bonded inventory management) for IC components.
