Interpretation work during daily department executives meetings, weekly headquarter meetings and finished meeting reports;Assisted general manager to handle daily paper work. Did translation for all paper work or forms need to be signed by general manager;Coordinated with each department head to make reports to general manager;Daily agenda arrangement for general manager which included visiting corporate or travel agency clients with sales & marketing team, visiting media cooperators with PR team and food tasting in the food & beverage department.

Finished daily work report for sales team and submitted to sales manager. The agenda of each sales team member was included and their sales performance was shown on the report; Did market survey periodically to competitor hotels and finished analytical reports. This part of work was done by making phone calls or visiting the competitor hotels to find out events or activities held or to be held in those hotels;Communicated with clients over phone to check the terms on the contract and did follow up work including e-mailing and faxing contract;Did sales blitz with sales team in local office buildings once a week and distributed hotel flyers and brochures to the person in charge in each company.
