Acted as agent for XTO Energy, Inc. in purchasing drilling water, completion water and right-of-ways. Responsible for having all completion water purchased and transferred for the fracturing procedure for all wells in XTO’s north region. Negotiated contracts with landowners, vendors, and various businesses for the purchase of water and the right to lay completion lines on private property. Obtained and complete all necessary permits from cities, counties, and municipalities. Checked and maintain proper procedure before, during, and after the completion of the well.
