Systems Effectiveness Engineering Manaager
Full coordination between the customers Space Systems product requirements (encompassed all Parts, Materials, & Processes) and contractual Product and Mission Assurance requirements. A major aspect was to oversee company actions and response to any and all failures of any Part, Assembly, Material or Process and to provide in depth real time reporting to the customer. In addition this responsibility required oversight of all control and corrective action system's such as ECO's, MRB's, configuration control, failure reporting, and extensive preventative action systems, as well as continuous improvement systems. An other important area of responsibility related to Systems Effectiveness Engineering was participation and monitoring of the supplier control systems, and an active role in all supplier failure corrective action. An underlying tenant of all of the above was establishment of Root Cause for all failures of Parts, Materials or Processes at all levels.
