Led the launch of ICS Entrepreneur program (DFID funded) in Uganda: pairing young entrepreneurs in Kampala with volunteers from the UK and Uganda. Worked with Incubation Hubs in the region to identify SME's for mentoring on all aspects of the value chain. Interviewed, recruited and assigned roles for 20 volunteer mentors and ensured an efficient model for all future programs.

I work with SME's to help turn their vision into investor ready business plans. I am mentoring 6 entrepreneurs and promoting the Embark Energy business model to potential future entrepreneurs in Tanzania.

Worked with Mercy Corp management on a project to provide sanitary water conditions in lower income neighborhoods of Jakarta. Conducted a feasibility study on the Kedoteng business model and presented a business plan, to Mercy Corp, for the future success of the initiative.

Working as a Business Mentor in Africa my duties call for assessing business needs for small to medium sized start-ups. I advise on budgets, costs, marketing, revenue projections and revenue growth. I also teach sales and marketing training programs to management and employees. I am currently working with Eco-Fuel Africa, in Uganda and am scheduled for future programs with Oxfam in Northern Uganda and others in Tanzania.I am also an advocate and advisor on the environment as well as human rights in developing countries throughout the world.

As Sales Director, of a new radio station, I was responsible for the setting and execution of annual sales budgets, the hiring of an effective sales team and longterm strategy for growth of the station. I also oversaw sponsorships and promotion of the station as well as the marketing campaign for the launch. We launched Radio Nova in September 2010 and within 3 months had secured 80% of our local budget in ad revenue. Radio Nova had the most successful launch of any radio station in Dublin to date.
