Responsible for managing the company's accounting and financial reporting activities. Area of responsibility includes accounting, financial analysis & reporting, accounts payable and credit.

Managed all accounting, finance and operations activities of the business including financial statement preparation, strategic planning, annual budgeting and development of business policies & procedures, both financial and operational. Also involved in product line development and management of key supplier relationships.

Responsible for managing and directing the European business unit of Zep Inc. Full P&L and balance sheet responsibility the $40 million business unit operating in 5 European countries. Key responsibilities included supervision of country General Managers and Finance Directors, strategic planning, preparation and execution of annual budget, oversight of financial statement preparation, analysis of monthly results and reporting to executive management in the US. Business development activities included geographical expansion through distributorship arrangements in key markets.

Responsible for directing the company’s accounting, payroll, accounts payable and credit functions. Managed (directly & indirectly) a team of 30 employees. Key responsibilities included monthly, quarterly and annual financial statement preparation in accordance with US GAAP, establishing and maintaining key accounting principles & procedures, providing consultation for senior management group on key financial and business issues.
