Assisted in the development of transformative mixed-income, mixed-use and transit-oriented communities in the San Francisco Bay Area. In this role, I aided in all aspects of project management, including collaborating with public and private partners, securing and leveraging project financing, master planning, stakeholder engagement, management of third-party consultants, the coordination of financial closings and the oversight of construction and close-out.

Assisted in the development of a transformative mixed-use, sustainable community on Treasure Island in San Francisco Bay Area. In this role, I managed all aspects of site-wide reporting and coordination, including collaborating with numerous contractors, consultants, and government entities. I streamlined communication processes, implemented innovative project management software, and oversaw compliance and documentation for the 550-acre development. My responsibilities encompassed stakeholder engagement, management of third-party consultants, and the oversight of construction milestones, ensuring efficient project progression and timely approvals.

Contributed to the development and implementation of San Francisco's largest affordable housing initiative. In this role, I provided critical support through data analysis, research, and project design for four neighborhoods, totaling over 1,900 households. I collaborated with various stakeholders, including property managers and public agencies, to optimize operational efficiencies, expand supportive services, and secure funding for construction phases and economic advancement programs.
