Responsible for originating new deals and relationship managing a portfolio of Quoted and Institutional clients inc REITS. Have undertaken club, syndicated and bi lateral transactions with values from c£50m to £0.5bn. Also involved in overseeing delivery of all aspects of the deal process including transaction execution, debt capital colleagues, hedging and other product partners.

Responsible for originating new business and managing a mixed Real Estate portfolio which included Large Corporate companies, mid sized privately owned companies. The role included originating new to bank customers and developing / managing existing relationships. Portfolio included development finance, structured property finance to include club , syndicated and bi lateral facilities, involved in negotiating and overseeing delivery of all transactions.

Responsible for mixed portfolio, predominantly Real Estate clients , also a number of Corporate clients involved in the services, manufacturing and media industries.Have experience in structuring, negotiating and monitoring development and structured property finance facilities as well as general corporate facilities for a number of industry sectors including Acquisition Finance, Term Loans,Asset Finance and provision of Import / Export facilities.Also responsible for line managing a team of junior colleagues and also influencing Senior colleagues to deliver required solutions for the benefit of the client and the Bank.
