Managed the erection of a new 4 story apartment structure over a parking garage in the middle of an existing occupied apartment complex, Then evicted a building at a time and totally renovated the existing 5 building complex. Completing all the work in 13 months.Repeated the process on another complex of 13 building immediately following the first project.

removed a recreation center and then built a 4 story apartment building over an underground parking garage, then remodeled the existing 4 buildings of apartments to match the new building.

Built multi-family housing projects in 2 states always finishing on time and in budget.The fastest was a 50,000sf, 50 unit project in 87 days.Never had a Safety fine during all the projects.
