My partners and I used this process with all of our clients with great success as the following brief description indicatesAs an entrepreneur, co founder and Executive VP of NGJ Brand Solutions, a private wellness solutions provider, I took a failing US brand in Japan (Nautilus Sports Medical Industries) and within 3 years commanded a 30% market share. This involved creating partnerships with Mitsubishi, Sumitomo and the Japanese Ministry of Health, Sports and Welfare. We expanded the brand platform with the founding of the world's first Nautilus Academy in Tokyo, Japan as a public relations, marketing and content provider.The brand platform included the creation of proprietary wellness, sports and fitness software that was licensed to a US group which in turn built a NASDAQ listed company within 15 months. i served as Communications and Brand Director of this group, with my Brand Solutions partner serving as CEO.
