Current Bay Planning for Terminal 1 – International (T1), Terminal 1 Domestic (T1D) , T2 Regional & GA. Liaise with airline ground handling agents in relation to day to day operations, schedule changes and ad-hoc flight movements and respond to ground handling telephone inquiries. Respond to airline telephone inquiries.Terminal Operations Systems Monitor Perth Airport, APS and Tower VHF radio frequencies and use VHF communication base to receive or relay information relating to the airport operation. Maintain the general terminal contact database. Undertake seasonal bay planning, taking into account the anticipated impact of special events and peak travel times and airport capacity constraints. Import, edit and maintain the T1, T1D & T2 seasonal schedule in response to notified changes to the schedule, entering details of non-scheduled and ad-hoc movements into AMS (Airport Management System). Allocate aircraft parking bays for T1, T1D & T2 aprons, altering the bay plan due to aircraft rotational changes, off schedule aircraft movements etc. Enter and update operational data for all T1, T1D &T2 flights for display on the staff and public Flight Information Display System and for airport billing/reporting. Monitor Perth Airport, APS and Tower VHF radio frequencies and use VHF communication base to receive or relay information relating to the terminal operation. Maintain the general terminal contact database. Maintain the daily log of activities, incidents and events. Initiate emergency responses in accordance with the Aerodrome Emergency Plan and AOC procedures manual. Respond to and coordinate requests for medical assistance, Fire Alarms, Local Standby's, Aircraft Ground incidents, crash etc as outlined in Aerodrome Emergency Plan.
