Research and review methods of providing STEM based educational learning for our product line.Create automated deployments for developer test machines that are preconfigured with the necessary applications and tools that represent the machines that will be deployed in production. Using open sourced tools I am able to create machines that the developers can load onto their development workstations and code and test their applications prior to production deployment. This automation will provide consistent platforms for the teams to use, and can be installed or reloaded in minutes.

Managed the migration of email from Exchange to Google Apps. Migrated the business unit from Manhattan to Jersey City, and relocated data centers from a private internal holding to Rackspace. That was my first 90 days. Manage and assist in the architecture of our main application Assessment Center while managing the technical resources to support our internal IT environment and the customer facing hosted solution.Assisted in completing a complex wireless network installation for a local school system. Took over management of an IT staff in a building of 2500+ users where some of the staff had been transferred to that facility for 'administrative' reasons. I led the team to implement automation for maintaining antivirus software and running compliance checks throughout the organization. Many things changed after 9/11. Our new facility in Hopewell NJ needed 8 building managers. 6 of the 8 new managers were selected from my team. That was one of my greatest accomplishments while there!

Establish the Network and PC Systems group within The Contruction group. Recommended and implemented wide sweeping updates to network connectivity and personal computing resources. Lead the team that enabled Internet and email access for 2000+ users across 165 domestic locations. Updated nearly all technologies in the business unit and participated in the design and implementation of new digital product offerings across the business. Adopted network and technology changes that were recommended and adopted by other business units within the company. Created the multiple QA lab environments that were required to asssist in Y2K remediation projects within our business group. Was a critical resource in several turnaround situations within the business unit.
