Area Construction Manager for (JTF Kabul AO and Sharana AO) US Military Base construction in Afghanistan. Oversee operations, safety, security, preconstruction, value analysis, project costing, scheduling and phasing, logistics, material coordination, client relations and project delivery. Projects Include Trauma Centers, Billeting, and Command TOC’s to complete Forward Operation Base construction.Supervision of all construction trade craft crews and support staff to include estimating, materials logistic, HR, expediting and administrative staff.Develop, document and implement overall Project Construction Strategy. Provide construction support and input to engineering and design, to ensure that the design adequately addresses constructability and maintainability.
