- Lead China IT team to ensure continuous and secure operation of local IT infrastructure and applications for all sites within China;- Ensure proper IT support and service desk structure and work closely with regional IT Service Manager to implement and operate/run the service desk for all sites at China;- Support of implementation of global IT Strategy and initiatives/projects, implement and rollout of new (central provided) IT systems and services;- Support of external and internal IT audits for local provided IT systems and applications;- Lead and drive continuous improvement process, build and maintain professional understanding of local business requirements;- Preparation and maintenance of local IT infrastructure budget;- Ensure proper usage of provided IT systems, applications and tools and report areas of potential training requirements, prepare detailed for new requests from local business and handover to central IT ;- Secure proper execution of security and data protection policy for end-users and locally processed information and data;- Preparation and maintenance of local IT infrastructure budget;- Monitoring of technology changes and developments especially in relation of local operated systems and applications; preparation of recommendations for system upgrades or adoptions out of new technologies;
