- Led the application development efforts related to the creation of tools used to support the delivery of service for electro-mechanical medical devices and accessories to increase productivity by 25%
- Designed, developed and implemented a Service Gateway appliance that allows medical devices to securely connect to Service Depot network that allows for SSH access to perform device level diagnostics.
- Lead developer on Baxter pump provisioning tool, which allows the remote configuration of multiple infusion pumps simultaneously to connect to a customer’s WIFI network.
- Developed and implemented the architecture and strategy for IoT usage within the technical service organization to support over 65K endpoints worldwide.
- Architect and lead developer on the supporting software system which provides firmware/software upgrades to Baxter PD Renal devices remotely over the Internet. Development efforts included Rest APIs, XML, Groovy.
