Today is my last day with Pieralisi. I've decided to accept an offer with Jeff and Jeffery Reddoch with DCDC. I'm looking forward to my new role with them and add my knowledge in giving support to daily operations.

Maintaining close liaison with the V.P., Presidents, GCEO, providing regular updates on operations, performance and maintenance.- Monitoring and controlling over-head costs of stock and inventory supplies- Communicating with all staff on a daily basis.- Communicating and working with customers on all aspects of project start up through till the finish of each project.- Developing the entire work force to insure we meet or exceed:- Exceed service delivery targets.- Achieve optimum gross margins.- Control overhead expenditure.- Responsibility for ensuring that all business is executed to customer satisfaction and that personnel and assets are utilized in the most effective manner.- Maintain regular contact with existing customers and establish close relationships with them in order to promote corporate interests.Other primary responsibility for the development and implementation of the overall, worldwide business plan for Cuttings Treatment, solids control, and Waste Management Business Line including:− Identifying potential projects with Regional personnel.− Pricing and Tenders compilation with Regional personnel.− Supply of key assets for projects.− Supply of field expertise for equipment set up, operation, and training local field personnel.− Setting global standards and sharing of global learning.− Working closely with Sales in support of new projects− Acquisition strategy directed toward competing and/or complementary product lines− Development and implementation of a capital plan for this product line, including forecasting − Liaising between manufacturing, operations, marketing, legal, technical services, etc., as day-to-day issues arises, including (but not limited to) inventory, returns, operational problems, competitor issues, and order entry management of the business worldwide.

Survey, prepare, install and commission equipment. Run and train personnel on start ups.
