Responsible for a portfolio of downtown high rise buildings and suburban properties. Researched and developed a five-year capital plan and operating budget for multiple properties. Managed Engineering staff, which included HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry trades. Responsible for all construction and capital projects. Researched all ADA requirements and initiated a plan to ensure building compliance. Devised and delivered safety and technical training for staff.
