For the past 20 years I founded, built and exited a highly successful capital equipment distributorship in the UK. Initially involved in every aspect of the business, over the years I have recruited, developed and promoted many of the 35 staff still in the company today. In early 2021 I exited the business in an MBO and still retain a minority shareholding.Prior to running an SME, I worked for a large, multi-national OEM for 10 years. I lived in various markets including the USA, UK, France and the Netherlands and I have travelled extensively throughout EMEA, Asia Pacific and the Americas both in finance and dealer development roles.I have now established a consultancy business that specialises in working with OEMS and their dealer networks. Leveraging my experiences both as a dealer principal and a dealer manager, I have a rare insight into both sides of the unique and often complex relationship between OEMs and their dealers.I am currently seeking work with OEMS in establishing, developing and improving their dealer networks around the world.
