Develops and/or refines programs to address identified needs.4. Creates and updates the master schedule, integrating courses for which responsible with all otherACE-related courses.5. Creates course descriptions and course information for communitywide dissemination, marketsprograms.6. Seeks, interviews, and works with the Department of Human Resources to hire instructors.7. Monitors and evaluates the instructors.8. Monitors course registration, developing waiting lists, or overseeing cancellation and reschedulingof classes.9. Creates or oversees the development, use, and/or purchase of curricula and course materials.10. Develops and assesses course evaluations.11. Assumes budgetary responsibility for all fiscal matters related to courses for which responsible.12. Ensures the program covers all direct and indirect costs assigned to the program.13.
