- Perform daily payroll department operations for multi-state organization(s) in US.- Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.- Reconcile payroll prior to entry into the payroll modules, validate reports, tax filings and in full compliance.- Work on taxation of employer paid benefits, garnishment calculations and improves service levels.- Process and audit time and attendance from a variety of point of sale systems and interface with payroll.- Manage accurate and timely quarterly and year-end reporting when necessary.- Process and audit manual checks, GL reconciliations, payroll systems and procedures.- Contribute to team effort by driving continuous improvements as needed.
