Perform auditing of establishments, and determine scope of investigation required and prepare detailed reports on audit findings.Collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls, duplicated efforts, extravagance, fraud or non compliance with laws, regulations and management policy.Inspect books of accounts and accounting systems for efficiency, effectiveness, and use if accepted accounting procedures to record transactionsExamine and evaluate financial and information systems, recommending controls to ensure system reliability and data integrity

Major responsibilities:Financial and Management Reporting 1:Maintain day-to-day financial control of the company within budget heads2:Ensure Management is provided with accurate and timely information and reports3:Prepare and present Monthly and Annual Financial Statements to management4:Monitor cash in and out flow on a monthly basis. Prepare cash flow reports including all transfers, outstanding checklist and bank fees5:Prepare and review detailed budgets for approval by the Board of Directors6:Incorporate internal and external financial audits7:Analysis of cost, profitability and resource allocation8:Advise on the proper allocation of resources9:Assist in project costing and budgeting10:Supervise payroll, disbursement of salaries, relevant taxation and provident fund management11:Meeting all internal and external reporting deadlines, including audit, tax and third parties12:Manage company Gratuity fund13:Advises to management on financial related matters14:Implement sound financial management of company funds15:Perform any additional responsibilities that may be required by management in support of the ongoing development of the department Company physical accounting
