After three years of doubling annual revenue and raising $3.4M of capital funding to support business growth, Jerry led the sale of the business to John Deere for 11.8 times net TTM sales. He continues to serve as President and CEO during transition.Jerry serves on the Board of Directors for LFM Capital, a midmarket private equity firm, for a fund which consists of three manufacturing businesses. One business serves the agricultural implement market, and the other two businesses serve the Skid Steer implement market.Jerry serves on the Board of Directors for Always Full, LLC, which is a privately held startup company serving the pet care technology market.Jerry was the President of a multiple business unit manufacturer with global sales and operations, and a high revenue year of $272M. He builds enterprise value and accelerates revenue by developing new channels, expanding existing channels, creating new products, and expanding the global footprint.Jerry has worked for multiple Private Equity ownerships for twenty years. He fully understands the PE business model and greatly enjoys the architecture of growth. He has rapidly grown revenue and EBITDA both organically and through acquisition. During a turn-around at Woods Equipment Company, Jerry was promoted to President. In two years he increased revenue by 42%, increased EBITDA by 271% which positioned the company to sell for 1.85 times the purchase price.Jerry has worked for publicly traded companies for fifteen years, ten of which was with General Electric during Jack Welch's tenure as CEO. Jerry held various positions of increasing responsibility in GE’s Aircraft Engines Division and Industrial AC Motors Division.
