My name is Jerry Kendrick. I live in Loomis. Im a licensed,bonded and insured Heating and Air Conditioning Contractor here in Loomis. Im 54yrs young. I have been doing Heating and Air in some sort of capacity ever since I got out of High School in the Bay Area. I have had my C20 HVAC contractors license for the last 10 yrs. I just retired from my real job at Johnstone Supply which is a HVAC Distributor in the Sacramento, Sparks, Stockton,Modesto and Redding area for the last 19 yrs. I was in outside sales,Equipments sales manager and instructor for the Fujitsu min split line in which Im very passionate about. My son has joined me in this next phase of my life. Our goal is to provide our community with honest reliable Heating and Air expertise and to grow this little business so I can hand it off to him.
