CurrentI currently lead operations in Client Portfolio, Program, and Project Management Systems supporting large governmental entities through SaaS (Program & PM Software) solutions at ATSER Systems. Recent awards include competitive contracts for a portfolio of work exceeding $1.8B in total program value for large state highway agencies, transit authorities, airport, and port authorities. I facilitate the enterprise-wide delivery of SaaS infrastructure and operations in support of product development, quality, performance, scalability, and execution. I am currently engaged in the development of new product innovations through Artificial Intelligence research and initiatives. • Facilitate deployments of $1M to $1B PM solutions in – Government, DOTs, Airport, Port, Transit• Recent contract awards include Massachusetts DOT, Harris County SCB Project ($1B), Maricopa County, as well as Fortune 100 companies including WT Byler and Baker Hughes.• Seasoned leadership in multi-functional services delivery in PMO, Strategy, Engineering, Operations, and Application development utilizing Agile frameworks.• Excel at identifying and solving clients and stakeholders’ needs, building visual data & reporting solutions to resolve issues and track program & portfolio success.• Create and present compelling business cases to justify solution value and to gain approval, funding, and prioritization for all proposed and ongoing business solutions within the program.
