Organizing the old folk event for corporate social responsibility Performance1. 14 counties involve in culture night show, and finally create a harmony environment for all the students. Through the show I know the culture difference and through the new way of thinking, I cooperate with 4 different countries people who are in our core team, from Malaysia, Africa, China and Kazakhstan.2. Warmly welcomed by the old folk residence. I organize singing group and dance with them. And I distribute different student to take care of different old folk, make sure they can communicate smoothly using same language.When we leave we send them gifts to each folks. If the design changes suddenly, we should modify our scope immediately and balance the cost, quality and time between the customer and our company. I organize the meeting two time, one time with customer and our whole team member, we give suggestions and customer take it and save cost around 20 thousand, another meeting held in front line, make sure all the change implemented on time. And our whole team continues working to 1 AM, with good cooperation and we share simple food together.
