Supportin the OS teams involved investigation, creation and training of new Quality tools and processes; meetings, admin duties, calibration activitiesProvided insight involved project work, coupled with a combination of data analysis, and further research using statistically relevant purposive samples.This includes:• Building Data pipelines in Domo, and dashboards that provide a baseline for Quarterly Business Reviews.• Implemented Agile Mobbing methodologies into the team’s development of data dashboards, to enable alignment and learning as we developed.• Ran an A/B test for a new Peer to Peer QA process, within levels of risk and above average measures of success.• Building complex Google spreadsheets, including nested formulas and automated scripting, to allow the sorting and notification of feedback to their appropriate teams.• Simplified the process in handling the most serious mistakes, resulting in 90% increase in awareness and 47% reduction in these mistakes.• Testing and Rolling out Playvox as a new quality tool and scorecard to over 1000 people, innovating in approach and documenting related processes, and training QA and Advisor alike.• Purposive sampling and data analysis in the lowest performing intents, resulting in high level of improvement
