+ Overseeing the printing sourcing & SQE team in China and manage the sourcing procedures and the printing management in China . ( DM , POSM, Display , User Manual ,label )+ Identify new suppliers in China. Conduct factory audit and supplier assessment.+ Focus on suppliers’ capacity , negotiation of pricing, quality management .+ Appraise and analysis supplier performance & quality related issues at supplier level .+ Establish supplier color control standard . Work closely with ink suppliers & printers to improve their Color Management based on ISO 12647-2. .+ Identify paper spec in different region for quality consistency .Define ink density and set up different ICC profiles based on printers and ink brands . + Integrate resources to ensure the supplier match delivery time, volume and quality. + Integrate EU quality standard to set up the production procedure and the quality standard in China . + Set up press check procedure , printing sample assessment and score card for each printer.+ Coordinate with sales team in production solution.

+ Responsible for packaging business development.+ Successfully developed new business including Motorola ,Veeder Root ,Bosch Rexroth. + Analyzing the business opportunity from different client .provide different packaging solution (such as corrugated material ,foam material , Molded Pulp Packaging )+ Complete & submit the RFQ from turnkey clients. work with supporting dept on technology analysis ,sample making ,customer evaluation ,meeting deadlines and deal with collection issues+ Coordinate and cooperate with QI to improve the customer satisfaction.
