Currently consulting with companies in the areas of finance, budgets, project tracking, and venture start-up activities.Most recently, worked with a multi-office law firm to set up tracking and reporting systems to monitor overhead costs at the team level; this facilitated the calculation of their profit sharing plan. Previously, prepared a business plan for a manufacturing company which enabled them to seek funding. Have established start-up companies and installed financial systems for established firms. Experienced in financial analysis of capital projects along with their budgeting, tracking and reporting. Have been responsible for the financial side of projects with budgets in the hundreds of millions of dollars.
