Currently working as a virtual assistant for an insurance agency based in TN, USA since 11/2018. - Well versed in using EZlynx application. - Can work without supervision and is easy to train. - Knowledgeable in both personal and commercial policies. - Responsibilities include download, send or shared policies, id cards, cancellations, billing notices, renewal proposals and other documents to insured. - Create or pre-fill acord forms and certificate of insurance. - Prepare requirements to bind coverage such as applications, loss runs, TRIA and other documents.- Call or email carriers for policy status and bind request.- Create payment links and send payment reminder to insured. Process payment in carrier portals.- Create premium financing quotes thru Capital Premium or USPF.
