Before earning his Master of Science in Real Estate & Construction Management from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business, Jerry was a licensed stockbroker, buying and selling securities for clients. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business.Jerry serves on the National Leased Housing Association’s board (NLHA) and is an active member of the National Housing & Rehabilitation Association (NH&RA), the National Housing Management Association (NHMA), and the Southeastern Affordable Housing & Management Association (SAHMA).
