I have over 23 years of management experience and if that has taught me anything, it is you have to adjust your management style to each individual person. I truly enjoy working with people and leading teams. The best part of leading teams is watching people develop into strong leaders. in my career, I have trained, promoted, and mentor several hundred people. Each time is more exciting then the last. I have worked retail for the last 8 years with Walgreens as a store manager. Before that, I owned my own business for 8 years. I started my management career in the entertainment industry managing bowling centers with bars, food and entertainment. My entire career has been developing relationships with customers employees and senior management.
