•Analyze trends and other relevant information to develop operating assumptions necessary to complete Business Plans, Budgets, Mid-Year Plan and Bi-Monthly Forecasts. •Creation, maintenance, and delivery of well design reports leveraging Business Intelligence (BI) disciplines to deliver concise and actionable information to various levels of the organization. •Assistance in the total company bi-weekly forecast process, garnering information from various departments and performing quick variance analysis versus prior versions. •Preparation of presentations for Monthly Business Review meeting where the company’s results of operations are discussed by Executive Committee and all VPs in the company. •Creation of financial summaries combining text, graphs, and schedules for use by senior management at Board Meetings, Steering Committee meetings. •Responsibility for the creation and maintenance of various management reports.

Ensure company remains compliant with tax laws and accountable to regulatory agencies. Other responsibilities include making sure tax accounts are reconciled, audits are responded to and that best practices are followed. Record property assets and file annual tax returns. Work closely with government property tax assessors to determine if the tax value of a property was assessed appropriately. Resolve disagreements in assessments, represent the company at tax hearings to provide evidence on the assessed value of the property in dispute. Manage production of a team of property tax analysts responsible for timely payment of property taxes.

Interviewing process personnel and documenting current and future state processes (narratives, process maps, etc.)Analyzing business process design and execution to identify improvement, alignment, and re-engineering opportunities, which includes Assessing process volume and employee workload metrics to identify and address business risks.Create reference manuals for various software implementation/business functions and train 7-11 support staff abroad.
