Provide equity/debt investment for mixed-use, multi family, and single family development projects

Create new real estate opportunities in affordable housing and commercial development. Coordinate all aspects of the development and entitlement process from inception to closing. Preparing and submitting financing parishes including; low-income housing tax credits, New Market Tax Credits, tax exempt bonds, HUD financing, and other soft financing as needed.

Support the origination, development, due diligence, approval and implementation of commercially and residential oriented private equity investment opportunities (both fund and direct co-investments originated by investee funds) that support ADB’s development objectives for the private sector and overall goal of reducing poverty.

The Economic Empowerment Initiative, Inc [EEI] created the EEI Fund for the purpose of providing debt and/ or equity investment to participants of EEI’s Urban Franchise Partnership for franchises and retail development in urban underserved communities.

The BusinessLINC Community Loan Fund (BCLF) is a Certified Community Development Entity (CDE) with the U.S. Department of Treasury dedicated to providing debt and/or equity investment and technical assistance for community development projects.BCLF is design to leverage millions of dollars in America’s urban and rural redevelopment communities. The mission of BCLF is two-fold to help grow development projects in underserved community through access-to-capital and to provide BCLF’s investors an outstanding financial return on their time commitment and invested capital.

DC.•Responsible for developing the objectives and outcomes of the Georgia BusinessLINC programs including timeline.•Develop strategy including hypothesis as to Georgia BusinessLINC partner’s strengths and weaknesses, and potential mutual interest.•Identify key corporate sponsors and implementers as well as the complementary small business support organization and resources.•Develop statewide program that provided counseling, coaching and technical assistance to small businesses.•Increase Georgia BusinessLINC Coalition membership to over 4,000 members. •Advocate for small businesses on Capitol Hill and White House in Washington, DC.
