I've always felt strongly that integrity and honesty are the keys to success, not only for an employee, but for a company as well. When you take pride in what you do, take pride in the organization you work with, and provide a quality product or service for your customers, you build a reputation. So much of whether a business succeeds or fails rests on reputation. A company is only as strong as the people who work there.
