Over 20 years of pharmaceutical industry R&D experience, especially focus on oncology project management globally. During his 15 years at Pfizer, Jerry joined teams at both Early and Full Development Pharmaceutical Science division with six different projects. He has contributed to the discovery of a number of clinical compounds over the years. One of the cancer projects was recognized by Intellectual Property Owners Education Foundation (IPO). Jerry was recognized as Winner of the 38th Annual National Inventor of the Year from IPO for the invention of Pfizer Inc.'s XALKORI (crizotinib) for the treatment of lung cancer, the first new drug approved for lung cancer in the U.S. under FDA's accelerated approval program.During years at Xynomic Pharma, he led CMC teams to plan and execute global oncology R&D projects and supply chain activities (drug substance and drug products ) from early clinical (IND in USA & China) to commercial (NDA in China) stages. Oversight of proper execution of manufacturing runs at external CDMOs, ensuring supply for on-going and planned oncology clinical trials globally. Author and review CMC sections of regulatory dossiers; IB and CTD. Successfully navigated regulatory challenges and ensured compliance with FDA and CFDA. Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including R&D, clinical, and regulatory affairs, to achieve project milestones.He cofounded Jenovo PharmTech Inc. as Chief Operating Officer and brought to Jenovo broad experience as a business development & partnership setup and a biotechnology industrial insider. He oversees all business units for Jenovo both in the United States & China. He is responsible for China’s operation, business and growth. He worked closely with strategic partners and clients worldwide and delivering projects and generating and managing client relationships. He established track record for publishing 21 patents and 9 journals publications.
