As the Architect for various projects the firm I was involved in preparing and presenting design proposals to clients, producing detailed drawings, making BoQs and detail estimates, attending regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists and finalizing deals, co-ordinating the work of contractors, making site visits to check on progress and dealing with problems that might come up during building. I have handled high profile projects ranging from Health Care, Hospitality, Residential and Commercial Sectors and have a proven track record of successful delivery.

As an Intern Architect at Archimatrix; I was able to work on several projects through phases of design including concept design, schematic design, design development and construction documents. Assisted in creating 3D models and final renderings, created weekly presentations for client meetings. I was given and conducted the responsibilities of an Architect during my training period which helped in my professional growth as an Architect.

During my internship period at KTA; I have assisted in creating 3D models and develop final renderings. Conducted site supervision of both residence construction/structural works and interior design/execution works. Also completed site visits across Karnataka and Kerala and took field measurements.
