Branch Manager for Crescent Electric's Toledo location with annual sales exceeding $8M. Oversee branch operations with full P&L responsibility. Responsible for both the Defiance and Toledo sales teams with combined sales of over $14M. Manage staff of 15 associates including operations, inside sales, outside sales and warehouse.

Overall responsibility and management of the OH/PA District's purchasing, inventory & sourcing department. Managed $25M+ in annual purchases and $5M in inventory.

Overall responsibility for the Defiance warehouse functions, purchasing & inventory control and the Defiance inside sales department.(Crescent Electric acquired Northwest Controls in April 2003)

Responsible for all marketing and promotional activities for the company. This included all printed marketing materials, developing a corporate website, lead tracking, CRM integration, customer seminars/shows, co-op fund management.
