Currently managing full life cycle implementation project in Russia as well as a full Oracle Financials implementation in Korea.Responsible for implementing full Oracle suite of modules including Order Management, Inventory, Manufacturing, Engineering, Planning, Purchasing, Projects, Cost Management, AP, AR, GL, EB-Tax, Cash Management, and SLA. Lead team of BA's to ensure all timelines are met. Provide direction and facilitate business process analysis, system configurations, data conversions, and full system testing.Installation and testing of localization patches and working with Oracle through SR's to fix any patches that break. Work with business users and Russian EY auditors to ensure compliance for all financial and statutory regulations. Work with vendors to maintain strong relationships. Language translations of existing reports. Conduct monthly steering committee meetings with executive management to provide status updates. Setup and conduct training sessions for users in each area.

Managed an international team of 12 within the Oracle Finance work stream. Responsible for beginning to end implementation of all Financial Modules within fully integrated Oracle ERP system.Work with each location to solution any gaps between existing business processes and current Global Design. Ensure all local statutory requirements are met. Perform system configurations, data conversions, in depth testing, and create cut over plan into Production. Post go live support including on site support during month end close procedures. Assisted each location performing in depth month end close process and reconciliations for first two to three months after for each location go live. Completed 23 roll-outs 11 within the US and 12 international including France, Mexico, Netherlands, Brazil, Canada, Norway, UK, Scotland and Denmark.

Managed implementation of financial modules for the Oracle R12 implementation for Rig Solutions division. Responsibilities included systems integration testing, data conversions from old legacy systems, and creation of new business processes and procedures to be published. Reviewed and updated BR100's and MD 50's. Created test plans with full testing scripts to be executed for testing. In 2010 moved to Nantes, France to implement all of the finance modules. Analyzed and came up with solution around the different challenges associated with dual ledger set up as well as the complexities around French and US GAAP differences.

Controller for Drilling Division within Rig Solutions with annual revenues of approximately 8 billion. GL responsibilities included managing and maintaining financials monthly, inter-company accounting, budgeting, and forecasting. Cost accounting responsibilities included maintaining standard costs through annual cost rolls, audits of bill of materials and routers, additional support to operations through reporting and inventory management.

Managed and maintained financial statements for $100 million manufacturing plant. Supervised accounting staff for that location. Maintained all capital projects. Prepared budgets and forecasts. Prepared month end analysis reports for senior management. Worked closely with the plant manager on improving operating activities by providing key financial information. Maintained inventory levels assuring accuracy of perpetual to physical. Performed all month end and year-end closing activities.

Monthly maintenance and management of GL financials. Heavy involvement with operations for support. Cost accounting operations included budgeting and forecasting, bill of material audits, analysis of product mix variations between different product lines monthly, and variance analysis.

Managed and oversaw all operations consisting of approximately 50 employees with just over 3 millions in sales in the automotive manufacturing industry. This included plant layouts, cell efficiencies, lean manufacturing, kaizen events, and self managed work teams. Prepared shipping schedules, worked with customers to meet production requirements, oversee quality and QS9000 certification. Maintained all financial statements which included complete maintenance of general ledger, receivables, payables, month end closings, budgeting, forecasting, maintaining cash flows, quarterly tax returns, purchasing, payroll, tracking inventories, and job order costing. Managed Human resources, which included hiring and termination of employees, managing insurance benefits from employee enrollment to cobra care, tracking absenteeism and handling all employee concerns. Wrote business plan to obtain $1,000,000 SBA loan. Created and implemented aggressive sales and marketing plan for future growth. Read blue prints to quote and cost out new jobs. Improved income statement from a 19% loss to a 7% gain with 25% increase in sales over a period of one year.
