Introduced the Martha's Vineyard Sharks in 2011 to the Vineyard, the initial season of the Futures Collegiate Baseball League. Sharks won their first FCBL championship in 2013.Responsible for the administration, operations, financial control, financial statements and preparation of the annual business plan. Financial control includes budget preparation and management of cash flow. Operations includes the maintenance and improvements to the Shark Tank (baseball field) on the Vineyard. Responsible for hiring coaching staff and picking the roster each year. Created and update the Sharks website and social media promotion of the Sharks.Introducing a retail store on the Vineyard in 2014 to promote the Sharks brand.

The job description of the AD requires a combination of knowledge in administration, facilities management, marketing, accounting, social media, website development, cash management, facility management software, QuickBooks and public relations.Additional responsibility included recommending solar canopy arrays to offset electrical cost at the Arena using third party investor to pay 100% of investment in return for business tax credits, S-RECs and depreciation.

Review the MV Arena's business model and make recommendations to maximize revenue and control costs.

The bank started as a consortium bank called American Scandinavian Banking Corp then ownership changed and was called Union Bank of Finland; changed to Merita Bank after taking over KOP, then Merita Nordbanken (merged with Nordbanken) before the final iteration called Merita.Was a senior vice president and division head responsible for operations, financial control, the bank’s Internet-based cash management system, operations, information technology and risk management for a European bank operating a $25 billion branch in New York City for 22 years. During my banking days was the controller responsible for financial control, taxation and human resources, head of risk management, head of the information technology and head of operations before being collectively responsible for all aforementioned areas. After leaving banking at the end of 2002 I became a founder and the CEO for a software company from 2003 through 2008. I then participated as a founder and CFO for a renewable energy project in New Hampshire from 2008 through the summer of 2010.
