• Work closely with Group Heads and Bank leaders in developing search strategy and interview process with the aim at maintaining a nimble and inclusive approach to both.• Established a committed, competent, and strategic approach to Talent Acquisition; a trusted Talent Advisor with an understanding of the client organizational gaps/deficiencies providing candidates who strengthen the organizations.• Manage Executive Searches both direct and through Retained Search firms. Foster a positive client and candidate experience while supporting the Bank’s commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on continuous improvements to the Talent Acquisition Partner framework focusing on quality of service, candidates, and experience. • Mentor and develop staff and colleagues.• Collaborate closely with People & Engagement Partners, Recognition Partners as well as other P&E teams with the goal of delivering seamless P&E services.
