I have over 30 years of experience in the planning, design, and construction management of projects for higher education and institutional facilities. I am well respected in the design of projects that have challenging functional and technical requirements. My focus in the area of facilities architecture allows me to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects. I understand the budget and schedule challenges of small projects and works collaboratively with project stakeholders in order to successfully manage them. I seek input from the end-user evaluating feedback alongside systematic and regulatory issues so that the true scope of the project can be identified early on. I am knowledgeable in both current and past building methods and as a result, brings a true understanding of the amount of coordination necessary when dealing with existing construction.
